Job summary

Klook in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Associate, Operations to ensure accurate product mapping and high-quality partner data. You will support daily partner operations, onboarding, setup, and cross-functional collaboration to enable smooth campaigns and commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, product/content operations, hospitality, e-commerce, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update hotel/product mapping, including room mapping and product configuration.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across systems to prevent booking or customer issues.
• Identify mapping discrepancies and resolve them in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Conduct regular audits of product mapping and content to ensure data quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot mapping-related issues and ensure timely corrections.
• Support daily operational requests from hotel, merchant, and supply partners.
• Assist with onboarding, setup, and maintenance of partner information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Provide operational support to Business Development and Partner teams for partner setup, updates, and campaign execution.
• Assist in resolving partner-related operational issues that impact commercial activities.
