Job summary

KRAFTER SDN. BHD. seeks a dynamic live streaming host to showcase products, interact with viewers, and promote sales on social platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Instagram and Facebook.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to plan content, respond to audience questions in real time, and report on engagement and conversions. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; team player with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with live streaming, hosting or content creation.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal and external parties.

Conduct live streaming sessions on social media platforms (e.g., Tiktok, Shopee,

Instagram, Facebook) to showcase products, promote sales, and interact

with the online audience.

Engage with followers during live sessions, answering questions and providing

product recommendations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule social media content and

live sessions.

Monitor and report on the performance of social media activities, including

engagement metrics and sales conversions.

Requirement

• Prior experience in live streaming, hosting, sales, or content creation (preferably on Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok or other social platforms).
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages would be a plus.
• Team player with pleasant personality and good interpersonal and communication skills to establish good working relation with internal and external parties.
• Thrive within a team environment with the ability to work independently.
• Confident, camera-friendly, and engaging personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and handle audience questions within the live stream.
• Has natural on-camera charisma and confidence.
• Enjoys explaining product features and benefits in an engaging way.
