Job summary

SEA COMMERCE SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a Live Host to perform on TikTok Live and Shopee Live sessions, highlighting products and engaging with customers to boost sales and brand visibility.

You will interact with viewers in real time, manage on-camera presence, and help create short-form promotional content while adhering to the streaming schedule and performance standards.

Qualifications

Job description

You'll be the face of our brand on TikTok Live and Shopee Live, hosting exciting sessions, showcasing our products, and building genuine connections with our audience while driving sales and boosting brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Live and Shopee Live, showcasing and promoting products in an engaging way.

Interact with viewers in real time, answering questions, sparking conversation, and keeping the energy up.

Drive audience engagement and support sales targets during every session.

Set up products and equipment ahead of each stream, and troubleshoot minor issues on the fly.

Work with the Marketing and Operations teams to keep improving engagement and sales results.

Contribute to short-form video content for social media promotion.

Follow the assigned streaming schedule and company performance standards.

About you

Confident, articulate, and comfortable in front of the camera.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are a plus.

Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, or other social platforms is a plus.

Able to stay composed and think on your feet during live sessions.

1+ year of experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, or in a customer-facing role preferred for Senior candidates - fresh graduates and first-timers are welcome to apply for Junior positions.

Competitive monthly salary of RM3,500 - RM4,500
