Job summary

Soybean Factory Production Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a friendly, responsible Service Crew to join our growing F&B team. This part-time role offers on-the-job training and no prior F&B experience is required.

You will greet customers, take orders, prepare soybean desserts and beverages, handle takeaway orders, help with inventory, maintain cleanliness, and follow SOPs. Weekend and public holiday shifts are rostered.

Qualifications

• Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.
• No prior F&B experience required.
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
• Able to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Able to work on rotational shifts and weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly customer service.
• Take and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Prepare soybean desserts, beverages and other menu items according to SOPs.
• Prepare takeaway and delivery orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checking.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company procedures.
• Support the Outlet Supervisor with daily outlet operations.
• Work together with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
