Job summary

Soybean Factory Production Sdn Bhd is hiring a Full-Time Service Crew for its F&B team in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. Training will be provided and fresh school leavers are welcome. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing soybean desserts and beverages, and ensuring cleanliness and quality.

Attend to takeout/delivery orders, assist with stock, and follow SOPs. Rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays per roster; friendly, responsible individuals with teamwork

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.
• No prior F&B experience required.
• Friendly, responsible and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Able to follow SOPs.
• Able to work rotational shifts.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly customer service.
• Take and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Prepare soybean desserts, beverages and other menu items according to company SOPs.
• Prepare takeaway and delivery orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checking.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company procedures.
• Support the Outlet Supervisor with daily outlet operations.
• Work together with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
