Job summary

Soybean Factory Production Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly, responsible Part-Time Service Crew to join our growing F&B team. No F&B experience? Training will be provided and fresh school leavers are welcome to apply.

You will welcome customers, take orders, prepare soybean desserts, beverages and other menu items, handle takeaway and delivery orders, and help maintain cleanliness and stock. Work is on a rotational weekend/public holiday roster.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.
• No previous F&B experience required.
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Able to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Able to work on rotational shifts.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays according to the roster.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly customer service.

• Prepare soybean desserts, beverages and other menu items according to company SOPs.
• Prepare takeaway and delivery orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checking.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company procedures.
• Support the Outlet Supervisor with daily outlet operations.
• Work together with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
