Job summary

LUMINA PLAY HUB SDN BHD invites several part-time Service Crew to support daily operations at a children's playground. You’ll clean, stock, and handle basic cashier tasks while keeping the area safe and welcoming for kids and families.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. Basic English and simple Chinese are fine. The role follows a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule and offers long-term stability.

Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, and maintain the playground area.
• Clean and disinfect toys and play facilities regularly.
• Assist with ticketing and basic cashier work.
• Explain entry rules and safety precautions to customers.
• Assist customers with entry, provide socks, and open doors.
• Refill beverages and water; replenish supplies.
• Report safety issues to supervisors promptly.
• Complete other daily operational tasks as assigned.

About the role

We are looking for several serious, responsible, and patient part-time Service Crew to assist with daily operations at a children's playground.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the playground area

Regularly clean and disinfect toys and play facilities

Assist with ticketing and basic cashier work

Explain playground entry rules and precautions to customers

Assist customers with entry, provide socks, and open doors

Refill beverage refrigerators and replenish drinking water

Organize and replenish daily supplies

Assist with basic customer needs and inquiries

Report facility damage, safety issues, or other abnormalities to supervisors promptly

Complete other daily operational tasks assigned by supervisors

About you

No relevant work experience required; company will provide basic training

Basic communication skills with ability to use simple Chinese and English for daily communication

Serious, responsible, polite, with good service attitude

Willing to perform cleaning, organizing, and disinfection work

Enjoy interacting with children and parents

Able to comply with company SOP, hygiene, and safety regulations

Able to work Wednesday to Sunday schedule

Applicants able to work long-term stably are prioritized

Hourly rate RM8 – RM10
