Job summary

LOVE & LAUGH GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking a childcare support assistant in an educational setting. You will help teachers with daily activities and support children’s learning, safety, and wellbeing throughout the day.

The role involves setting up materials, assisting with personal care, nap-time preparation, cleaning duties, and helping during events. Fresh graduates are welcome, and a friendly, team-oriented environment is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with setting up and tidying learning materials before and after lessons.
• Support children with basic personal care needs such as toileting, handwashing, and meal preparation.
• Assist during nap times by preparing sleeping areas.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing toilets, washing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness of classrooms, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Clean and sanitize toys and learning equipment regularly.
• Ensure children's safety at all times and report any damaged equipment or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Assist during arrival, dismissal, and emergency drills.
• Help with simple administrative tasks such as photocopying or organizing supplies.
• Assist during school events, celebrations, and special activities as needed.

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates and retired individuals are encouraged to apply
• Patient, caring, responsible, and hardworking
• Genuine love for children and willingness to learn

• Physically fit and able to stand, squat, and move around throughout the day
• Comfortable handling cleaning tasks and assisting with children's personal care
• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
