Job summary

CIC is seeking a part-time professional in Putrajaya to actively drive sales, present program offerings, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. You will maintain outreach with teachers, assist in live streaming planning on social platforms, and help grow a database of prospects.

The role involves administration, invoicing, and enrolment support, with a focus on achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, Malay/English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Candidates with at least an SPM, Professional Certificate or Diploma are welcome to apply.

• Experience in sales and customer service will be an added advantage.
• Fluency in Malay and English is required.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Proactively drive sales and demonstrate the ability to close deals effectively.

Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Present and communicate CIC's program offerings clearly to both new and existing customers.

Respond to inquiries from customers and parents in a timely and professional manner.

Build and maintain regular follow‑up communication with teachers at CIC's centre.

Social Media & Marketing

• Assist in planning and supporting live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Help grow and maintain an up‑to‑date database of potential customers and prospects.

Administration & Operations

• Collect and record customer feedback to help improve our programs and services.
• Use internal systems to generate invoices and receipts accurately.
• Prepare memorandums and fee structure documents when required.
• Assist in processing student registration and enrolment procedures.
• Compile and submit regular intake reports and commission analysis summaries.
