Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking energetic retail associates to deliver excellent customer service, handle orders, promote products, and ensure smooth store operations across locations.

You will assist with stock replenishment, cash handling, and maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to SOPs. Shift work including weekends and public holidays required; Bahasa Malaysia and English communication essential; SPM or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or relevant retail experience.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in retail or customer service.
• Willing to be based at retail locations and transfer to other locations as needed.
• Able to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Energetic and highly motivated individuals who have a passion for retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Introduce, promote, and upsell products to customers.
• Operate the cash register accurately for both cash and credit card transactions.
• Handle customer food orders and ensure preparation and disposal processes comply with food handling SOPs.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and overall housekeeping standards.
• Responsible for stock replenishment to ensure product availability at all times.
