No prior experience is required — training will be provided. You will assist with food prep, support line cooks, maintain cleanliness, follow recipes, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Team spirit is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation (washing, cutting, marinating, prepping proteins and vegetables)

Support line cooks and chefs during service, ensuring dishes are prepared to standard and on time

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas

Follow recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation

Assist with inventory checks, stocking, and receiving deliveries

Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Support dishwashing and kitchen sanitation duties as needed

Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods

Requirements

Energetic, reliable and willing to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
