Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Selangor is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers by call and at counters, handle insurance-related tasks, and contribute to motor insurance sales targets.

You will hold a Bachelor Degree in Insurance or Business Administration and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
