Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage invoicing, reconciliation, and insurance documentation. You will verify invoices, maintain records, and support clients with queries, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in Insurance Operations, Billing, Shared Services, or Accounting, with strong MS Excel skills and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Insurance Operations, Billing, Shared Services, or Accounting.
• Experience in invoice processing, billing verification, and documentation handling.
• Good communication and MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and insurance documentation tasks
• Verify invoices and insurance documents before sharing with clients
• Update and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Investigate queries, errors, and data corrections
• Ensure timely completion of tasks as per SLA and company standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for updates and issue resolution
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures
