Victorious Realty Sdn. Bhd. in Kuching, Sarawak, is seeking a Part-Time / Freelance Marketing Executive (Creative & Digital) to support our marketing activities. You will handle graphic design, social media, content creation, video production and digital advertising for our property projects.

This flexible contract role requires hands-on skills, can work independently, and offers opportunities to contribute ideas and shape campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing or related field.
• Strong graphic design and visual content creation skills.
• Proficient in creating posters, social media graphics and posts.
• Experience shooting and editing video content.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is preferred.

Part-Time / Freelance Marketing Executive (Creative & Digital)

Victorious Realty Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a creative and hands-on Part-Time / Freelance Marketing Executive (Creative & Digital) to support our marketing activities in Kuching, Sarawak. In this role, you will be responsible for graphic design, social media, content creation, video production and digital advertising, creating marketing materials, supporting digital campaigns to strengthen our brand presence and promote our property projects. This is a flexible, contract-based position.

Key responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Marketing Materials
• Design posters, brochures, flyers, banners and other marketing materials
• Create engaging social media graphics and carousel posts
• Develop visual content for property projects, campaigns and promotions
• Social Media & Content Creation
• Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms
• Plan and create engaging social media content
• Write captions and marketing copy where required
• Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve our social media presence
• Shoot and produce video content for social media and marketing campaigns
• Digital Advertising
• Set up, manage and monitor Facebook and Instagram (Meta) Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement
• General Marketing Support
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to understand current marketing needs
• Support property launches, campaigns, events and promotional activities
• Assist with other marketing, design and content-related tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, content creation or a related field
• Strong graphic design and visual content creation skills
• Experience creating posters, brochures, social media graphics and carousel posts
• Experience with video shooting and editing
• Experience running Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads is preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software
• Good copywriting skills and an eye for engaging content
• Creative, proactive and able to suggest new ideas
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects within agreed timelines
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with the team
• Portfolio or examples of current work are required
