Job summary

QL Poultry Farms in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Retail Assistant to engage customers, explain product features, and drive sales targets. You will welcome shoppers, perform basic cooking demos, and guide them toward suitable items.

You'll set up planograms, maintain displays, monitor stock, and report on stock levels and promotions. Strong communication with outlets and internal teams is essential to ensure brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in offline retail / FMCG is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of retail operations (Merchandising, demo & promotions).
• Fluent in BM, English and Chinese, able to handle daily communication.
• Strong communication and execution skills, with the ability to coordinate across distributors, stores, and internal teams.
• Basic cooking skills.
• Applicants with their own transportation have added advantages.
