Job summary

QL Poultry Farms in Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic sales associate with 1–2 years of experience in offline retail or FMCG to join our field teams in Selangor. You will handle product promotions, merchandising, stock checks, and event support, coordinating with distributors and store staff.

Fluency in BM, English and Chinese is required, with good communication and daily operation skills. Basic cooking skills and own transport are a plus; we offer training, flexible hours, and a five-day

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in offline retail / FMCG is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of retail operations (Merchandising, demos & promotions).
• Fluent in BM, English and Chinese; able to handle daily communication.
• Strong communication and execution skills; coordinate with distributors, stores, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Promotion: Introduce and explain product features; recommend products to boost satisfaction and meet sales targets; conduct product demonstrations (basic cooking demos; training provided).
• Merchandising: Set up displays per planograms; keep shelves and displays clean; verify pricing labels and promotions.
• Stock Management: Monitor stock levels; replenish shelves; track speed of items; support stock counts and inventory checks.
• Reporting: Submit daily sales reports and attendance records; share market feedback and competitor updates; flag issues to manager.
• Customer Service: Handle inquiries professionally; build positive relationships with outlet staff and consumers.
• Roadshow & Event Support: Assist with event setup and dismantling; manage and maintain demo units.
