Job summary

Snatch-P is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, configure and maintain cashless parking payment systems across sites in Johor Bahru. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, perform routine site visits, and support operators with technical issues to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in similar technical roles, with an Electrical/IT diploma, and are comfortable outdoors and traveling to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum technical certifications or diplomas in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical operations, preferably in parking management systems or electronic systems.
• Must be physically fit for hands-on maintenance and able to work outdoors and in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain cashless parking payment systems (hardware & software).
• Troubleshoot and repair system components to minimize downtime.
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor system functionality and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide timely customer support and technical guidance to operators.
