Private Advertiser in Selangor is seeking a maintenance professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and parking infrastructure. You will inspect, diagnose defects, and implement corrective actions while coordinating with external contractors and ensuring system reliability.

The role requires handling emergency breakdowns promptly, maintaining car park equipment per SOP, and ensuring safe, efficient traffic flow with attentive customer service.
