Gan Teng Siew Realty Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily mill production activities in our Negeri Sembilan facilities. The role involves leading shift operators, coordinating manpower, and ensuring adherence to GMP, MSPO, and MPOB standards to meet production targets.

You will monitor process performance, address abnormalities with maintenance, and maintain quality while driving continuous improvements and proper housekeeping across the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily mill production operations.
• Knowledge of GMP/MSPO/MPOB standards.
• Ability to train and develop operators.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily mill production activities including sterilization, threshing, pressing, clarification, kernel plant, and dispatch operations.
• Monitor production performance, throughput, OER, KER, and process losses.
• Ensure production targets are achieved.
• Lead and coordinate shift operators and production workers.
• Conduct daily production briefings and manpower allocation.
• Monitor critical process parameters and take corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
• Identify process abnormalities and coordinate with maintenance personnel for immediate rectification.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, MSPO, MPOB, and company requirements.
• Monitor product quality and minimize oil and kernel losses.
• Prepare daily production reports, shift reports, and operational records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S implementation throughout the production areas.
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
• Assist in shutdown planning, commissioning, and process improvement projects.
• Train and develop operators to improve competency and productivity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and operating costs
