Job summary

• Basic engineering background and willingness to learn palm oil mill operations.
• Ability to translate client needs into practical product, software, hardware or integration requirements.
• Experience supporting product demonstrations and client training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support MyPalm Mill, AI Smart Mill, AI Grading, and other Palm Oil Mill Digitalization solutions.
• Understand palm oil mill processes to support product development and implementation.
• Serve as the main contact for clients during demonstrations, implementation, testing, commissioning, training, and post-implementation support.
• Build relationships with mill owners, management, engineers, operators, vendors and stakeholders.
• Gather technical and operational requirements from clients and sites.
• Respond to client issues and coordinate with internal teams until resolution.
• Provide progress updates during critical system issues.
• Travel to customer sites when required.
