Job summary

AIREI is seeking a Client-facing Product & Implementation Engineer to support MyPalm Mill, AI Smart Mill, and AI Grading solutions from Cyberjaya. You will coordinate between clients and internal teams, handle demos, and guide implementation and training processes.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, automation, instrumentation or control systems.
• Willingness to learn palm oil mill operations.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage MyPalm Mill, AI Smart Mill, AI Grading, and other Palm Oil Mill Digitalization solutions.
• Understand basic palm oil mill processes to support product development and implementation.
• Serve as the main contact for clients during demos, implementation, testing, commissioning, training and post-implementation support.
• Build professional relationships with mill owners, management teams, engineers, operators, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in gathering technical and operational requirements from clients and project sites.
• Coordinate with internal teams to convert client problems into product, software, hardware or integration requirements.
