Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Selangor is seeking a Warehouse Pallet Controller to monitor and control daily pallet movements, maintain inventory records and support audits. You will coordinate with warehouse teams, transporters, customers and suppliers to ensure timely pallet collection and returns.

The role requires a minimum of SPM, 1 year in warehouse/logistics, and proficiency in Excel, Word and email. Attention to detail, good communication and the ability to work independently are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification. A Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or pallet control operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and email communication.
• Good record-keeping and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily pallet movements (inbound, outbound, transfers and returns).
• Maintain accurate pallet inventory records and update transactions in the system.
• Perform pallet reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, transporters, customers and suppliers regarding pallet collection and returns.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly pallet reports.
• Ensure all pallet documentation is properly maintained and filed.
• Support warehouse operations, stock counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pallet control procedures.
