In this full-time role you will prepare, pack, and label products for shipment, ensuring quality and accurate shipping details are attached to every item. You will work in a warehouse setting, coordinating with colleagues to meet daily packing targets while maintaining safety and organisation.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packing Operator to join TAPEX ELECTRONIC SOLUTIONS (M) SDN. BHD. in a full-time position based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and labelling products for shipment, ensuring that all items meet our quality standards and are ready for distribution. As a Packing Operator, you will play a vital part in our warehousing and distribution operations, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the efficient movement of goods through our supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards before packing
• Pack items securely using appropriate materials and techniques to prevent damage during transit
• Apply labels, barcodes and shipping information accurately to all packed items
• Organise and arrange packed products for loading onto vehicles or storage in the warehouse
• Maintain accurate records of packed items and quantities processed
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Keep the packing station clean and organised throughout your shift
• Report any damaged goods or discrepancies to your supervisor immediately
• Assist with other warehouse duties as required, including unpacking, sorting and inventory management
• Meet daily and weekly packing targets whilst maintaining quality standards

• Previous experience in a packing, warehousing or distribution environment is essential
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Physical capability to lift, carry and handle items of varying weights throughout your shift
• Ability to read and understand labels, barcodes and shipping instructions clearly

• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Reliability and consistency in meeting production targets and quality standards
• Basic computer skills for recording and tracking packing information
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions from supervisors
