Job summary

Intel Corporation in Malaysia (Penang and Kulim) is seeking an experienced Package Design Electrical Engineer to own the electrical package design, manage schedules, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet performance requirements.

You will perform signal integrity and power delivery analyses using industry tools, publish design reports, and drive cost, schedule, and quality improvements while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical field theories and fundamentals.
• Experience with electrical design analysis tools (Ansys, Cadence Sigrity).
• Experience with package/board CAD tools (Cadence Allegro, Mentor Expedition).
• Strong project management skills and multitasking.
