Job summary

The role focuses on managing the package design electrical work, ensuring schedules and milestones are met, and delivering analyses and reports that satisfy customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Managing the overall package design electrical work including the schedule and milestones.
• Gathering inputs from customers and aligning requirements with stakeholders.
• Performing electrical analysis that includes signal integrity and power delivery analysis.
• Providing recommendations/solutions in package design parameters to meet electrical requirements.
• Publish the electrical design reports and get sign-offs from customers.
• Continuously improve electrical analysis to drive cost, schedule, efficiency and quality improvements.
