Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical field theories and electronic fundamentals.
• Experience with Electrical Design Analysis tools such as Ansys HFSS, Q3D, SIwave.
• Experience with Package/Board CAD tools like Cadence Allegro, Mentor Expedition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee package design electrical work including schedule and milestones.
• Gather inputs and requirements from customers.
• Perform electrical analysis including signal integrity and power delivery.
• Provide design parameter recommendations to meet electrical requirements.
• Publish design reports and obtain customer sign-offs.
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce cost, schedule, and improve quality.
