Job summary

ARBEX in Malaysia is seeking a Finance/Procurement professional to lead P2P and S2C process improvements across global regions. You will drive cost efficiencies, implement standard practices, and partner with internal clients to ensure high-quality service in a complex, multinational environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Finance or Accounting degree, 5+ years in P2P, and hands-on ERP (R3/S4) and Coupa experience.

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting degree required.
• Experience in ERP (R3/S4) and Coupa.
• Minimum 5 years in P2P.
• Procurement operations knowledge an asset.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong MS Office and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support process changes in S2C and S2P per KC plans.
• Deliver cost efficiencies through continuous improvement for world-class process management.
• Provide high-quality customer experience across S2P processes and globally.
• Lead projects and drive changes within S2P and across regions to build process capability.
• Support as technical and compliance expert in tests and process walkthroughs for S2P.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure priorities are delivered.
• Support operational P2P teams to meet department goals and metrics.
• Execute operational controls and update SOPs as required.
• Implement standardization across EMEA, APAC & LATAM regions.

Job responsibilities include:

• Driving & supporting process changes aligned with K-C plans and initiatives in the S2C area (ES4)
• Delivering cost efficiencies though driving continuous improvement to achieve world class process management, including global initiatives in the S2P area
• Providing and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across S2P processes and globally
• Leading projects and driving changes within the S2P process and wider business by leveraging a broad network to understand "best practice" opportunities and build process capability
• Supporting as technical and compliance expert in performing tests and process walkthrough for S2P,
• Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with internal customers (Invoice Processing and Query Management team, Procurement Operations, GBS Project Management and CI functions) and other process stakeholders to ensure that priorities are appropriately focused and delivered, and operating issues/non efficiencies are removed
• Supporting operational P2P teams to meet the defined department goals and activity metrics and providing day to day business support
• Execution of operational process controls and updating Standard Operating Procedures if required
• Implement and develop process changes bringing standardization between EMEA, APAC & LATAM regions

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualification and experience:

• Finance or Accounting Degree
• Experience in ERP (R3,S4), Coupa.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in P2P area
• Procurement Operations knowledge would be an asset
• Fluency in English
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Very good MS Office skills, i.e. Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Power Point, MS Teams
• Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Change agent with ability to influence at all levels of the organization
