Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Team Lead for Procure‑to‑Pay to oversee end‑to‑end P2P operations, drive governance, risk management, and process excellence within a high‑compliance environment.

The role requires leading a team of P2P analysts, partnering with Partners and directors, and continuously improving automation and data quality to support PwC’s professional services delivery in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations.
• Strong governance, risk & compliance mindset.
• Experience with professional services or shared services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full P2P lifecycle: onboarding, requisitions, POs, receipt, invoice processing and payment execution.
• Ensure compliance with PwC policies and regulatory requirements in Malaysia.
• Manage relationships with Partners, Directors, and internal stakeholders.
• Coach and develop a team of P2P analysts; set objectives and conduct reviews.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and adopt finance systems.
• Support regional finance transformation initiatives and best practices.
