Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations. You will ensure timely, compliant procurement and payment processes, enabling client delivery teams while upholding PwC governance and risk standards.

The role combines people leadership, process excellence, and stakeholder management in a high-compliance environment with focus on automation, continuous improvement, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of P2P/Procurement/Accounts Payable/Finance Operations experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or large matrix organisations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle, SAP S/4HANA and e-procurement systems; exposure to regional or global shared services models is an advantage.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, requisitions, POs, receipts, invoices, and payments.
• Uphold governance, risk, and compliance with P2P policies and audit-ready documentation.
• Partner with Partners, Directors, and engagement teams to align P2P with business needs.
• Coach and develop P2P analysts, set objectives, and conduct reviews to build capability.
• Drive process improvements and digital enablement to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
• Support regional finance transformation initiatives and best practice sharing.
