Job summary

Vantive Malaysia seeks a Manager, Finance – FAST P2P to design, operate, and continuously improve Procure-to-Pay capabilities within the FAST organization. The role emphasizes close readiness, audit compliance, issue resolution, and business process enablement for JDE and related third‑party applications.

You will lead functional design, testing, and release readiness, partnering with IT and vendors to ensure scalable solutions while maintaining strong controls and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in finance systems, P2P operations, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of P2P processes, including AP, accruals, and close dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with JDE and related third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and continuously improve P2P finance capabilities within FAST.
• Ensure close readiness, audit compliance, issue resolution, and process enablement.
• Lead functional design, testing, and release readiness for P2P changes.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable solutions.
• Maintain SOX controls, evidence quality, and documentation standards.
• Serve as functional escalation point for close-critical P2P issues.
