Job summary

Vantive, a global leader in kidney care and digital solutions, seeks a Manager, Finance – FAST P2P to design, operate and improve Procure-to-Pay capabilities within FAST. You will ensure close readiness, audit readiness, and robust controls across JDE and related applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in finance systems, P2P operations, JDE enablement, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes including AP, accruals, liabilities, and supplier workflows.
• Experience with JDE finance modules and integrations (e.g., Coupa, Concur).
• Ability to translate business needs into finance system configuration, designs, tests, and documentation.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, audits, and compliance related to P2P processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional design lead for assigned P2P capabilities and configurations.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, designs, and specs.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, and validation with IT and vendors.
• Maintain SOX compliance and audit readiness through robust controls and evidence.
• Own functional stability and performance of P2P applications and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify configurations and reduce manual work.
