Job summary

JDA WMS is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial accounting, reporting, treasury, and compliance. The role emphasizes robust controls, accurate reporting, and sound business decision support.

You will manage the accounting team and collaborate with multiple departments to drive financial integrity and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting, strong ERP/Excel skills, and a proven track record in statutory/tax compliance and financial statement preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience with 2 years in similar role.
• Solid background in financial accounting, reporting, treasury, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial accounting operations with accurate, timely GL reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and variances.
• Ensure consistent accounting policies and procedures are applied.
• Coordinate annual statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash forecasting, and banking relationships.
• Ensure timely statutory returns and tax submissions and regulatory compliance.
• Design and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and data integrity.
• Supervise the accounting/finance team and partner with other departments.
