Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of engineering/construction PM in chain restaurant or FMCG.
• Proven track record delivering 30+ stores in Malaysia across full lifecycle.
• Experience supporting Chinese brands expanding overseas preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia construction codes and government approvals.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred for China HQ communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle engineering management for store construction and renovation in Malaysia.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and milestone controls.
• Review drawings, budgets, and proposals for feasibility and compliance.
• Oversee on-site execution including QC, safety, progress tracking, and handover.
• Coordinate with HQ, contractors, designers, and authorities.
• Manage post-opening maintenance and issue reporting.
