Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Output Management Team Lead with strong hands‑on experience in AOMS, Jasper, and SmartComms.The candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating output management activities, providing technical guidance, supporting production environments, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Candidates with strong experience in Output Management, document generation, document composition, CCM, Jasper, SmartComms, and AOMS are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Output Management activities and technical deliverables.

Provide technical expertise and support for AOMS, Jasper, and SmartComms.

Work closely with business, technical, and client stakeholders to understand requirements.

Analyse and troubleshoot production issues related to output and document generation.

Perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution.

Support incident, problem, change, and production management activities.

Coordinate testing, deployment, implementation, and production support.

Monitor application and output processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Coordinate priorities, tasks, escalations, and deliverables within the team.

Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and timelines.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Output Management environment.

Required Experience

Strong hands‑on experience with AOMS, Jasper, and SmartComms.

Experience in Output Management or Customer Communication Management (CCM).

Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.

Experience handling technical issues, incidents, and escalations.

Previous experience in a Team Lead / Technical Lead / Application Lead capacity is preferred.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within agreed timelines.

Leadership Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the Output Management team.

Assign and prioritize tasks based on business requirements.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Monitor delivery timelines and ensure timely completion of activities.

Handle escalations and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Support knowledge sharing, documentation, and team development.

Drive continuous improvement within the Output Management function.
