Job summary

TCE TACKLES SDN BHD is seeking an Outlet Sales Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, promote products, and help achieve sales targets at the outlet. You will maintain shop appearance, set up displays, and ensure smooth cashier operations.

Working hours are six days per week with a 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM shift. The role emphasizes upholding the company image, SOP compliance, stock monitoring, and accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to promote products and achieve sales targets.
• Uphold company image and follow standard operating procedures at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of the outlet.
• Set up and arrange product displays and stock neatly and attractively to draw customer attention.
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies to the superior.
• Handle cashier duties, including processing sales transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Ensure proper handling of cash, payment methods, and daily sales reconciliation.
