Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to support the Store Manager in Day-to-day operations at our Batang Kali outlet. You will ensure smooth daily tasks, assist in promotions, and uphold service standards.

You will supervise staff, manage cash procedures, handle customer inquiries, and help maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
• Experience handling cash and daily sales reports is a plus.
• Ability to supervise and brief staff effectively.
• Knowledge of merchandising and store presentation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge with overall outlet operation.
• Handle day-to-day store tasks (cash handling, daily reports, promotions).
• Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow-up).
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Contribute to outlet sales and growth and promote stock or promotions.
• Maintain accurate cash procedures and keep operation records.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Assist in display, merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness.
