Job summary

Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Head (Outlet) to oversee daily outlet operations in Kuching. You will help maintain strong customer relationships, ensure outlet cleanliness and hygiene, and support sales and operational performance.

The role requires coordinating with the Outlet Manager, managing inventory and time efficiently, and performing ad hoc duties. Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential, Mandarin is a plus, and willingness to relocate is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM/Diploma with 3–5 years of retail operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Retail Management with 2 years in retail operations.

• Assist the Manager in daily outlet operations.
• Maintain customer relationships and outlet hygiene.
• Support sales and overall operational performance and handle ad hoc duties.
