Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable supervisor to manage multiple outlets, drive sales performance, and control costs while building a strong customer service team. You will plan projects, foster partnerships, and report performance insights to senior management.

The role requires leadership, English fluency, and willingness to travel as needed. You will collaborate with diverse teams to understand operations, SOPs, and market trends, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in F&B/retail in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Can-do, solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse teams.
• Energetic, flexible, proactive; a team player.
• Must possess own vehicle.
• Willing to travel domestically/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple outlets operations.
• Oversee outlet sales performance & outlet costing (P&L).
• Train and develop team to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Formulate and execute project delivery plans.
• Develop internal & external partnerships.
• Monitor project performance with key metrics; provide reviews and insights to senior management.
• Develop deep project understanding including SOP training, product innovation, and market trends.
