Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee the supervision and management of multiple retail outlets within the Klang Valley. You will monitor outlet performance, sales targets, and KPIs while ensuring compliance with company standards, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in supervisory or area management.
• Experience managing multiple retail outlets is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel frequently within Klang Valley.
• Able to work flexible hours based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the operations of multiple retail outlets within the assigned area.
• Monitor outlet performance, sales targets, and operational KPIs.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Outlet Managers and retail staff to achieve business objectives.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency.
• Manage manpower planning and support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations professionally.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Support outlet operations during manpower shortages, including working on shift when required.
