Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in retail operations, showroom management, automotive, hospitality, luxury retail or similar customer-facing environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Hospitality, Automotive or related disciplines.
• Strong leadership, people management and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of sales and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Lead, coach and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales, customer experience and operational KPIs.
• Monitor outlet performance, sales results, customer inquiries and conversion rates.
• Ensure showroom brand, visual merchandising and operational standards are consistently met.
• Deliver a high level of customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve sales performance and customer conversion.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and daily outlet activities.
• Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews and coaching sessions.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Outlet Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Global EV Company. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth outlet operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving the team towards business and sales targets.

This role is ideal for someone with strong retail, automotive, luxury, hospitality, or customer-facing operations experience who enjoys leading people and managing a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure smooth business activities.
• Lead, coach and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales, customer experience and operational KPIs.
• Monitor outlet performance, sales results, customer enquiries and conversion rates.
• Ensure the showroom consistently meets the company's brand, visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Deliver a high level of customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with Sales Advisors to improve sales performance and customer conversion.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, manpower allocation and daily outlet activities.
• Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Ensure proper handling and presentation of vehicles, test drives and showroom facilities.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, supplies and other operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Customer Service and Operations.
• Analyse outlet performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and local regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Hospitality, Automotive or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, showroom management, automotive, hospitality, luxury retail or a similar customer-facing environment.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong leadership, people management and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of sales and business performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work on retail hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Passion for electric vehicles, technology and the future of mobility is an advantage.
