Job summary

SMARTEDGE TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Admin Executive in Balakong, Selangor to support the Sales team and ensure smooth customer journeys from booking to delivery.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of Automotive Sales Admin experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin a plus) will aid communication with China stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in Automotive Sales Admin or related roles.
• Automotive dealership experience is a big plus.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Knowledge of vehicle loans, insurance, or JPJ registration is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin preferred for China Stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings, sales orders and documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle loan applications with banks and insurance.
• Handle vehicle registration with JPJ/MySikap or agents.
• Track delivery status and coordinate delivery appointments.
• Maintain sales and delivery reports.
• Follow up on documents, payments and delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Operations.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of transactions.

Sales Admin Executive

We’re looking for an organised and energetic Sales Admin Executive to support our Sales team and make sure every customer journey runs smoothly — from booking to vehicle delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Manage customer bookings, sales orders and documentation
• Coordinate vehicle loan applications with banks
• Coordinate insurance applications and policy issuance
• Handle vehicle registration with JPJ / MySikap or appointed agents
• Track vehicle allocation and delivery status
• Coordinate customer delivery appointments
• Maintain sales and delivery reports
• Follow up with customers on documents, payments and delivery
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Operations teams
• Make sure every transaction is accurate and completed on time

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in Automotive Sales Admin / Sales Admin / Retail Admin / Customer Service
• Automotive dealership experience is a big plus
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Comfortable handling multiple cases at the same time
• Knowledge of vehicle loans, insurance or JPJ registration is an advantage
