Job summary

Hilton Conrad Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Outlet Manager for the Tiga Restaurant (Pre-Opening) to lead day-to-day operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events. You will oversee staffing, mise en place, service standards and guest experience to ensure smooth, efficient service in a high‑end, luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years managerial position in a luxury hotel or international chain hotel.
• Familiar with computer systems, knowledge of POS systems, inventory control.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with focus on service standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Tiga Restaurant across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
• Plan, prioritize, organize, and control the daily operation in accordance with business levels, hotel occupancy, expected covers, groups, promotions, and special events.
• Ensure the restaurant is prepared before each meal period with mise en place, settings, buffet setup, and cleanliness.
• Maintain on-floor management presence during service and monitor guest flow, seating, and turnover.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, Groups & Tours, Engineering and Housekeeping for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
