Job summary

You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Kitchen team to ensure menu execution, guest satisfaction, and premium service standards. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in a luxury hotel setting, strong leadership, and excellent guest service with fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years managerial experience in a luxury hotel or international chain
• Strong leadership and people management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and overall performance of China Blue
• Maintain premium ambience and service standards with a focus on guest experience
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Kitchen on menus and seasonal offerings
• Monitor reservations, VIPs, and events to ensure personalized guest service
• Manage costs, upselling opportunities, and revenue through signature dishes and beverages
