Job summary

• Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management with 4 years' experience in F&B area inclusive of 1 year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager
• Certificate in Catering or Hospitality Management with 6 years' experience in F&B area inclusive of 2-year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager
• SPM holder with 8 years' experience in F&B area inclusive of 2 years' experience as Assistant Outlet Manager
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills (both spoken and written)
• Possesses full knowledge of wine and fine dining operation skill
• Ability to develop outlet’s business strategies and financial plan
• Possesses good knowledge of computer software applications
• Strong leadership and organizing skill
• Have a knowledge of Japanese cuisine service and beverage
