Job summary

Genting Malaysia Berhad seeks an experienced Catering/ F&B supervisor to lead daily outlet operations at Genting Highlands. The candidate should bring a Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management or SPM with substantial F&B experience, including supervisory exposure, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; additional languages are a plus.

• Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management with 4 years' experience in F&B area or
• SPM holder with 6 years’ experience in F&B area with 2 years' experience as F&B Supervisor
• Good in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to converse in other languages / dialects such as Mandarine, Hokkien, Thai would be an added advantage
• Good computer knowledge and report writing skill
• Strong leadership and organizing skill
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both spoken and written)
• Possesses full knowledge of wine and fine dining operation skill
• Ability to develop outlet’s business strategies and financial plan
• Possesses good knowledge of computer software applications
