Jora Malaysia seeks an Outlet Manager to supervise daily operations, lead a retail team, ensure service and product quality, and uphold company standards across the outlet.
You will plan staff rosters, monitor attendance, manage inventory, conduct training, ensure SOP compliance, and drive sales targets while maintaining high customer service levels and safety compliance.

Report directly to the District Manager on all operational matters, including outlet performance, operational consistency, product quality, and customer service standards, and take prompt corrective actions when required.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the assigned outlet to ensure smooth workflow, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Plan, prepare, and manage staff duty rosters to ensure sufficient manpower coverage at all times, aligned with business needs and labour targets.
Monitor and ensure accurate staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline, and address any attendance or performance issues promptly.
Conduct inventory management, including regular stock counts, stock reconciliation, stock ordering, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or wastage.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and control of all inventories, products, and operational supplies in accordance with company procedures.
Execute and coordinate staff training programs, including onboarding for new hires, skills training, SOP adherence, and continuous development, and monitor staff performance and progress.
Supervise and ensure full compliance with operational SOPs, company policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations at the outlet level.
Maintain and ensure the highest level of customer service standards, coach team members, and resolve customer feedback or complaints professionally and promptly.
Monitor outlet sales performance and operational productivity, identify improvement opportunities, and support initiatives to achieve sales and operational targets.
Prepare and submit required operational reports, inventory reports, and other documentation accurately and on time.
Investigate, report, and address staff misconduct, operational issues, or SOP non-compliance, and elevate matters to the District Manager when necessary.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the outlet team to ensure accountability, teamwork, and consistent execution of company standards.
Perform any other duties, assignments, or special projects as directed by the District Manager or Management.
