Job summary

Dessert Captain Sdn Bhd is hiring for a customer service role in Klang. The successful candidate will provide friendly service, take orders, and assist in food and beverage preparation. You will handle cash transactions and maintain outlet cleanliness, following food safety procedures.

Fresh graduates are welcome; Malaysian citizens with SPM or equivalent are encouraged to apply. The role requires punctuality, reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Malaysian nationality required.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage, fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to customers.
• Take customer orders and ensure orders are prepared and served accurately.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation according to company standards.
• Handle cashier duties and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, kitchen, equipment and dining area.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
• Replenish stocks and assist with inventory checking when required.
• Support daily outlet operations and work closely with the outlet team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
