Job summary

Frank Fun Sdn Bhd is seeking friendly service staff in Malaysia to greet customers, take orders, and handle payments with POS systems. You will maintain cleanliness, support kitchen and serving tasks, and ensure quality service in a fast-paced outlet.

The role requires basic SPM qualification and good personal hygiene. Training provided for F&B basics and company standards. Shift work including weekends and public holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• At least SPM / equivalent qualification.
• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
• Previous experience in F&B is an advantage, but not compulsory (training provided).
• Good customer service skills: polite, friendly, and approachable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Handle customer feedback politely and elevate issues when necessary.
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit, and e-wallet payments.
• Issue receipts and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and utensils.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (washing hands, proper handling).
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain overall outlet cleanliness.
• Assist colleagues during busy hours (e.g., kitchen, cleaning, serving).
• Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and basic kitchen prep.
• Work together with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
