Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Outlet Manager to oversee daily F&B operations across high-volume settings in Malaysia. You will lead a team, drive sales, control inventory and ensure quality service while maintaining cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in F&B/restaurant operations, 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role, and a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/F&B Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/F&B Management is an advantage
• 3–5 years of F&B/restaurant operations experience
• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory, Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager role
• Experience in Chinese restaurants, dim sum or high-volume F&B is preferred
• Strong leadership, restaurant operations and people management skills
• Knowledge of inventory and POS systems
• Good customer service and communication skills
