Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outdoor Sales Junior in Kuala Lumpur to generate leads, arrange and attend face-to-face appointments, and close opportunities. You will build relationships with prospects, follow up on inquiries, and contribute to meeting sales targets.

The role is a 6-month contract based in Jalan Pudu, with a base salary of RM2,500–RM3,000 per month plus commission, and potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, online research, networking and field prospecting.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Outdoor Sales Junior to generate new business opportunities, arrange appointments, and meet potential customers face-to-face. The ideal candidate should be comfortable approaching prospects, building relationships, and following up with leads to convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Leads: Identify and source potential customers through cold calling, online research, networking, referrals, and field prospecting.
• Arrange Appointments: Contact potential customers and schedule sales appointments with interested prospects.
• Attend Appointments: Meet customers in person to introduce the company's products or services, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
• Develop New Business: Actively approach potential customers and identify opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Follow Up on Leads: Maintain regular communication with prospects, follow up on quotations and enquiries, and move potential customers towards a purchase.
• Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards agreed targets for lead generation, appointments attended, qualified prospects, and sales conversions.
• Maintain Sales Records: Update customer information, appointment outcomes, and follow-up activities in the company's CRM system.
• Provide Sales Updates: Report on sales activities, pipeline progress, customer feedback, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in outdoor sales, telemarketing, lead generation, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
